I would like to talk about the causes and development of food allergies, intolerance of human body to certain products (including alcohol) and reactions to them (I am a real example). In addition I’d like to tell how not only scientists, but also farmers, chefs and other restaurant workers fight allergies.
Cases that ended up fatally in restaurant industry, when people thought that it would ‘pass somehow’ or ‘it won’t cause any bad’. Talking about caring for guests means not only caring about their humor and fullness of the glass, but also caring about their health (in terms of profession and skills) and responsibility for each ingredient in the drink which we bring to them.

Biography: After several years of working in the iconic Minsk bar “Cherdak” I moved to Kiev.
